The Candlewide Refill is not a standalone candle. It is an integral component of the Candlewide system, developed to work together with the ceramic container and lid as a single functional unit.
Once the refill has burned down, it can be removed and replaced — keeping the ceramic candle in use for years.
A Calm, Wide Living Flame
The refill uses a wide natural-fiber wick system that creates an even flame across its full width. The flame remains stable and controlled throughout the burn, offering a calm, balanced light rather than a flickering point flame.
Natural Materials, Thoughtful Engineering
The Candlewide Refill combines natural materials with a precisely engineered wide-wick system. The wick fibers are made from 100% natural, plant-based, renewable materials.
As part of this system, the refill includes a thin aluminum sheet element made from recycled production offcuts. This aluminum does not burn or evaporate. It serves as a functional structural component that enables controlled heat distribution and stable flame behavior across the full width of the wick.
The aluminum element is an essential technical part of the Candlewide system and plays a key role in achieving the calm, even, wide living flame that defines the Candlewide experience.
An Original System, Designed to Work as One
The Candlewide Refill is part of an original, integrated system developed specifically for the Candlewide ceramic container and lid.
The wide-wick construction, material composition, and structural elements are designed to function together as a single system. This balance enables controlled flame behavior, consistent heat distribution, and safe use over time.
Using non-original components or attempting to replicate individual elements outside the Candlewide system does not reflect the intended functionality of the original design and may result in unpredictable performance.

Compatibility & Safety Notice
The Candlewide Refill is intended for use only with the original Candlewide ceramic container with lid.
Use of the Refill without the dedicated Candlewide ceramic holder and lid is not permitted, as the product will not function as designed and may pose a safety risk.
For lighting, only a gas lighter with an extended nozzle is suitable. A jet-flame torch lighter is recommended, though a standard long-nozzle gas lighter may also be used.
The ceramic container must always be used with the lid on during lighting and burning.
